Communication

· We primarily communicate via email and our website.

· During the co-op year we send out regular emails with weekly announcements, updates, and other important information.

· Please check and read your emails. If you find you are not receiving emails please check your spam and/or promotions folders. If they are not there please let someone on the board know so we can look into it from our end.

· On occasion someone from the board will need to communicate with you outside of co-op.

· It is your responsibility to ensure that your email and phone number are kept up to date in your account

· We will attempt to contact you at least 3 times using email and/or text.

· Depending on the situation and after 3 attempts the board will meet and determine what happens on a case-by-case basis. This could be anything from talking to you in person to removal from Forging Paths.
